Position Overview:
The Process Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operational functions of the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across departments, maintaining structured documentation, tracking task and project progress, and actively contributing to process improvement initiatives. This role is well-suited for graduates who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build a strong foundation in operations and process management within a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate from a recognized university or institution
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are eligible to apply
- Basic understanding of operational workflows and administrative coordination
- Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational processes to ensure uninterrupted workflow execution across departments
- Track the progress of ongoing projects and tasks; follow up proactively with internal teams to ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation, operational reports, records, and data logs
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing processes and actively support continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives
- Assist in cross-functional coordination to align operational activities with organizational goals and timelines
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams and functions
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and data management
- Well-developed organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High attention to detail with a structured, problem-solving approach to daily operational challenges
Special Requirements:
- Prior experience in process coordination, operations management, or administrative support will be given preference
- Strong working proficiency in MS Excel and process-related documentation handling is essential for this role
