Position Overview:
The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and executing day-to-day social media activities across key platforms. This role plays a critical part in shaping the brand’s online presence through engaging content, trend-driven execution, and consistent audience interaction. The position requires a balance of creativity, planning, and analytical thinking to support overall marketing and employer branding goals.

Qualifications:
Any Graduate or Diploma holder, with preference for candidates from a Marketing or related background
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in social media marketing or content creation
Practical exposure to managing brand or business social media accounts

Key Responsibilities:
Create platform-optimized content including posts, reels, and short-form videos aligned with brand objectives
Plan, structure, and execute monthly content calendars with consistency and timely delivery
Track social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm updates to ensure content relevance and reach
Write engaging captions, campaign copies, and creative text aligned with brand tone
Manage daily posting schedules, stories, comments, and direct audience engagement
Support ongoing marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives through social media execution

Skills Required:
Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing fundamentals across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Hands-on experience with short-form video creation and reel editing
Working knowledge of Canva for creative designing and visual storytelling
Proven ability in content creation and caption writing for high engagement
Awareness of trend analysis and ability to quickly adapt content strategies
Basic understanding of social media analytics to track performance and improve content outcomes

Strong creativity combined with an execution-focused mindset
