Position Overview:
The organization is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations within its manufacturing facility. The role holder will be responsible for recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee documentation, contract labour management, and administrative coordination. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth HR functioning and supporting a compliant, well-organized workplace.
Qualifications:
- MBA (HR) / MSW / MLW
- 3–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing organization
- Prior exposure to plant/factory-level HR operations is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, and handle attendance, payroll, PF/ESIC, and statutory compliance with labour laws
- Maintain employee documentation and manage contractor compliance under the Contract Labour Act
- Oversee administrative functions including security, housekeeping, and transport, while driving employee engagement initiatives
- Prepare monthly HR MIS reports and support ISO and statutory audits
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance, leave records, and personnel files with accuracy and compliance
- Draft job descriptions for various roles across the organization
Skills Required:
- Sound understanding of labour laws including PF, ESIC, Factory Act, and Shops & Establishment Act
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong command of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and HRMS software for data management and reporting
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong leadership qualities, able to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with candidates, employees, and internal departments
Special Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in HR operations and employee documentation within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in maintaining HR databases and preparing MIS reports
- Ability to maintain professionalism while coordinating across all levels of the organization
- Willingness to work on-site at the Waluj, MIDC manufacturing facility
