Position Overview:
The organization is seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage core HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across time office, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle management. The role plays a critical part in maintaining regulatory compliance, driving workplace discipline through 5S implementation, and supporting ISO 9001 QMS processes within the HR department. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on HR expertise from a manufacturing or industrial environment and operate with a high degree of independence and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate
- 2–8 years of relevant HR & Admin experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 (QMS) documentation, specifically as applicable to HR functions
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end time office operations, including attendance tracking, leave management, and shift scheduling
- Process salary and wages accurately and on time, ensuring correct deductions and adjustments
- Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance, including timely filings, remittances, and liaison with government authorities/inspectors as needed
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and compliance registers in line with legal requirements
- Oversee general administrative activities, including office facilities, vendor coordination, and day-to-day support
- Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs across departments
- Manage the interview and recruitment process, including scheduling, coordination, and onboarding support
- Drive implementation and sustenance of the 5S system across the workplace
- Support and maintain ISO 9001 QMS documentation and processes specific to the HR department, including audits and corrective actions
Skills Required:
- Strong working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, and related regulations
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting, documentation, and presentations
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability to manage time office, payroll, and admin functions simultaneously
- Effective communication and coordination skills for training delivery and interview management
- High attention to detail for compliance documentation and ISO audit readiness
- Strong problem-solving mindset for handling day-to-day HR and admin challenges
Special Requirements:
- 2–8 years of experience in HR & Admin, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setup
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 (QMS) documentation and audit process as applied to HR functions
- Highly proficient in statutory compliance, with the ability to handle it independently and with minimal supervision
