Position Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring effective manpower management, statutory compliance, and a productive work environment. The role plays a key part in driving workforce planning, performance management, and HR governance to support the organization’s manufacturing operations.
Qualifications:
- MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably within a manufacturing setup
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee manpower planning, deployment, and workforce optimization across departments
- Manage time and attendance processes through HR software systems
- Define, monitor, and review KRAs and KPAs for employees across functions
- Ensure adherence to all applicable HR statutory compliances and labour law requirements
- Drive HR processes that support productivity, discipline, and employee engagement
Skills Required:
- Strong team leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop an HR team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization
- Data-driven analytical approach to HR metrics, attrition analysis, and workforce planning
- Sound knowledge of HR statutory compliances and their practical implementation
Special Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of HR statutory compliances is mandatory
- Candidate must be willing to work on-site at the Waluj MIDC location
