Company Profile:

A reputed staffing solutions company specializing in delivering structured recruitment and talent acquisition support to businesses across industries. The organization is committed to building long-term client partnerships through consultative selling, quality hiring solutions, and process-driven execution, and is now looking to strengthen its internal HR function with a dynamic HR Generalist.

Position Overview:

The organization is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage the complete employee lifecycle — from talent acquisition to exit — while ensuring smooth HR operations, statutory compliance, and a positive workplace experience. This role plays a key part in building strong, capable teams and fostering an engaged, high-performing workforce aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources
  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Prior exposure to end-to-end recruitment and HR operations preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding — to build strong teams aligned with business needs
  • Handle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities to ensure a smooth entry-to-exit employee experience
  • Process payroll and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws), along with leave and attendance management
  • Coordinate performance appraisals and training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives while managing day-to-day HR administration

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions across levels
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll processing, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws)
  • Experience managing performance appraisal cycles and coordinating training programs
  • Ability to design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Strong administrative capabilities in onboarding, induction, and documentation

Special Requirements:

  • Prior experience in end-to-end talent acquisition to build strong, capable teams
  • Proven track record in managing performance appraisals and employee development programs
  • Demonstrated success in boosting employee morale and reducing attrition
