Qualifications:
- Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in industrial construction, with demonstrated ownership of site execution.
- Proven exposure to civil works, PEB coordination, and allied industrial construction packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and execute all civil and structural site activities as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Own the overall project plan, programme, and budget — driving completion on time and within cost.
- Prepare and share a daily DPR covering work completed, next day’s plan, materials inward/issued, and current stock.
- Organize and run a daily evening team meeting to align the team on the next day’s plan.
- Prepare quantity estimates upon receipt of drawings and track actual material usage against them.
- Manage labour, subcontractors, and site teams — allocating work and tracking progress against targets.
- Interpret structural, architectural, and GFC drawings; resolve site queries and coordinate with consultants and clients.
- Oversee key execution activities — foundations, civil works, brickwork/plaster, concreting, PEB erection, flooring, and finishing.
- Plan material requirements and coordinate timely procurement and delivery.
- Maintain measurement records and certify data for billing.
- Ensure quality of workmanship and adherence to safety standards across all site activities.
- Identify delays and cost overruns early, and drive corrective action to keep the project on track.
Skills Required:

- Quality & Safety — Ensuring standards are upheld across site work.
- Tools — AutoCAD, MS Excel, and progress-tracking tools.
- Problem-Solving — Identifying delays and overruns early, and driving corrective action.
Special Requirements:
- Ability to coordinate with statutory authorities, vendors, and owners to keep approvals and deliveries on track.
- Capable of managing multiple parallel work-fronts (civil, PEB, finishing) without losing control.
- Prior experience in industrial construction is essential.
