Position Overview:
The organization is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its Finance & Accounts function. The role holder will be responsible for end-to-end financial management, treasury and banking operations, statutory and taxation compliance, and legal/corporate governance. This is a critical leadership position requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to guide the finance team while supporting the company’s continued growth in the manufacturing sector.
Qualifications:
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com
- 7–15 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, preferably within the manufacturing industry
- Prior experience in a managerial or leadership finance role is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete accounting operations, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, monitor cash flow, and ensure timely closure of books with accurate MIS reporting
- Handle all banking relationships, manage CC limits, term loans, bank guarantees, and LC documentation, while monitoring fund flow and working capital
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory returns, and handle assessments, notices, and audit coordination
- Manage legal matters, contracts/agreements, ROC filings, and compliance with the Companies Act, Factory Act, and Labour Laws
- Lead the Finance & Accounts team, coordinate internal and statutory audits, and strengthen internal controls and financial processes
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in financial statements, MIS reporting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and financial reporting/reconciliation tools
- Ability to lead finance teams, improve internal controls, and negotiate with banks and stakeholders using data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and analytical capabilities
Special Requirements:
- Experience coordinating with lawyers and auditors on ROC filings, contracts, and Companies Act compliance
- Skilled in managing statutory, internal, and tax audits, with a proactive approach to identifying financial and legal risks
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, ROC filings, and audit coordination
- Hands-on manufacturing industry finance experience with cost control, budgeting, and advanced Tally ERP/MS Excel skills
