A growing organization engaged in infrastructure development and business ventures, focused on delivering quality projects through innovation, reliability, and customer-centric solutions. The organization specializes in industrial sheds, PEB / structural steel, and factory / warehouse construction, with a strong commitment to project ownership and execution excellence.

Position Overview:

The Sr Engineer [Civil] will take complete ownership of site execution for industrial and structural construction projects, from planning and cost estimation through to final completion. The role requires a highly experienced civil engineering professional capable of managing the full project lifecycle — including budgeting, labour and subcontractor management, material planning, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination — while proactively identifying and resolving delays, cost overruns, and on-site bottlenecks to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • 10+ years of site execution experience, preferably in industrial sheds, PEB / structural steel, or factory / warehouse construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural drawings, BOQs, cost estimation, and quantity / measurement work
  • Proven experience managing large-scale civil and structural site operations end-to-end

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, supervise, and execute all civil and structural site activities as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for every part of the project as soon as drawings are received, and track actual cost against estimate throughout execution
  • Own the overall project plan, programme, and budget, driving the project to completion on time and within cost
  • Manage labour, subcontractors, and site teams, allocating work and tracking daily progress against targets
  • Read and interpret structural, architectural, and GFC drawings, resolving site queries and coordinating with consultants and the client
  • Oversee key site activities including foundations, civil works, structural steel / PEB erection, flooring, and finishing for industrial sheds
  • Plan and track material requirements, raise indents, and coordinate timely procurement and delivery to site
  • Maintain measurement records and daily progress reports (DPR), and prepare and certify data for billing and reconciliation
  • Ensure quality of workmanship and adherence to safety standards across all site activities
  • Coordinate with the quality supervisor, owners, vendors, and statutory / local authorities as required
  • Identify delays, cost overruns, and bottlenecks early, and drive corrective action to keep the project on track

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural drawings, BOQs, cost estimation, and quantity / measurement work
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Strong leadership skills to manage labour, subcontractors, and cross-functional site teams
  • Good communication skills in Hindi, with working knowledge of English considered an advantage

Special Requirements:

  • Full ownership of the project with strong, hands-on problem-solving capability on the ground
  • Ability to drive projects independently while coordinating effectively with owners, consultants, vendors, and statutory authorities
  • Willingness to be based on-site at Nimana, Haryana, with complete accountability for project outcomes
