Position Overview:

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring effective manpower management, statutory compliance, and a productive work environment. The role plays a key part in driving workforce planning, performance management, and HR governance to support the organization’s manufacturing operations.


Qualifications:

  • MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably within a manufacturing setup

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee manpower planning, deployment, and workforce optimization across departments
  • Manage time and attendance processes through HR software systems
  • Define, monitor, and review KRAs and KPAs for employees across functions
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable HR statutory compliances and labour law requirements
  • Drive HR processes that support productivity, discipline, and employee engagement

Skills Required:

  • Strong team leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop an HR team
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization
  • Data-driven analytical approach to HR metrics, attrition analysis, and workforce planning
  • Sound knowledge of HR statutory compliances and their practical implementation

Special Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of HR statutory compliances is mandatory
  • Candidate must be willing to work on-site at the Waluj MIDC location
