Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The role demands strong proficiency in Tally, advanced Excel, and GST/TDS regulations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, timely compliance, and support management with data-driven insights for business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and compliance
• Strong understanding of GST and TDS regulations
• Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel (Advanced level)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Preference for candidates with experience in the manufacturing or agriculture sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting operations including debit/credit entries
• Prepare accurate Balance Sheets and financial statements
• Handle GST filing, reconciliation, and TDS working
• Ensure timely statutory compliance and documentation
• Manage banking operations, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities as required
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Provide financial insights and reports to senior management

Skills Required:

• Tally ERP: Advanced working knowledge for accounting and reporting
• Microsoft Excel: Advanced level including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas
• Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication for stakeholder management
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
