Position Overview:
The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial discipline, statutory compliance, and smooth coordination between finance and operational teams. The position requires hands-on experience with accounting systems and the ability to manage transactional accuracy within defined timelines.

Qualifications:
B.Com or M.Com from a recognized university

2–4 years of practical accounting experience

Prior experience in managing books of accounts within a structured organization

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain complete books of accounts, including vouchers, ledgers, and daily journal entries

Perform accounting operations using Tally and ERP systems

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy

Prepare and reconcile regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)

Support TDS calculations, deductions, and statutory filing processes

Ensure timely documentation and adherence to financial compliance standards

Coordinate with internal departments to maintain financial accuracy and reporting timelines

Skills Required:
Strong working knowledge of Tally accounting software

Hands-on experience with ERP systems for financial transactions

Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas

Understanding of GST, TDS, and applicable statutory requirements

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Effective coordination and communication skills

Special Requirements:
Ability to independently manage accounting tasks using Tally and ERP systems

Practical exposure to accounts payable and receivable processes

Strong command of MS Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables

Ability to maintain documentation accuracy and compliance discipline
