Position Overview:
The Sr. Executive – Accounts will oversee core accounting functions, statutory compliance, and SAP-based financial transactions within the manufacturing setup. The role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely tax filings, and strong coordination with auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
M.Com / B.Com from a recognized institution
3–8 years of hands-on experience in accounts and statutory compliance
Experience in manufacturing industry accounting preferred
Practical exposure to SAP accounting modules
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
Prepare, review, and file GST returns along with proper reconciliations
Support direct and indirect tax calculations, including TDS and VAT compliance
Record import GRN and Accounts Payable entries in SAP
Calculate landed costs accurately for imported materials
Prepare professional financial reports, notices, and statutory correspondence
Coordinate with vendors, banks, auditors, and internal departments for compliance and reconciliations
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of accounting principles and journal entries
Practical working knowledge of GST returns, TDS workings, VAT, and statutory filings
Hands-on experience in SAP accounting transactions
Clear and professional communication with vendors, banks, auditors, and internal teams
Proactive mindset toward improving finance processes and internal controls
Special Requirements:
Male candidate preferred
Practical hands-on experience in GST, TDS, VAT, and statutory compliance (mandatory)
Experience in preparing and filing GST returns with reconciliations
Strong coordination skills across finance and operational teams
