Company profile:
An agricultural manufacturing company specializing in the production and processing of agri-based products, operating with structured systems, quality-driven processes, and technology-enabled financial controls within an industrial setup.

Position Overview:
The Cashier role is responsible for managing daily cash transactions, sales documentation, and invoice records at the factory level. The position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate cash handling, proper documentation, and timely coordination with internal teams and Head Office to support smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:
Any Graduate from a recognized institution
Basic understanding of accounting and cash management processes

Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily cash transactions and ensure accurate cash invoice entries
Manage and process sales returns in line with internal procedures
Maintain organized cash records and supporting documentation
Maintain DC files and sales invoice files with proper tracking
Calculate and process driver payments accurately and on time
Verify received DC copies from parties, ensuring stamps and details are correct
Update and maintain DC-related data accurately in Excel sheets
Check factory driver documents and LR records for completeness
Verify security bills, electricity bills, and water bills before sharing with Head Office
Ensure compliance with internal controls, documentation standards, and reporting timelines

Skills Required:
Proven experience in cash handling and daily cash reconciliation
Working knowledge of Excel for data entry and tracking
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime for accounting entries
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to coordinate with factory staff and Head Office teams effectively

Special Requirements:
Female candidates preferred
Prior experience in daily cash invoice entry is mandatory
Must be comfortable with cash handling responsibilities
Proficiency in Excel and Tally Prime is required
Experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is an advantage
