Position Overview:
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for initiating and managing outbound and inbound calls to prospective property buyers, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into site visits and closures. This is a front-line customer interaction role that demands excellent communication skills, a confident telephone presence, and the ability to understand customer requirements and pitch relevant property offerings effectively. The incumbent will play a key role in building the first impression of the organization and driving the initial stages of the sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate from a recognized university
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer interaction roles — real estate experience will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in spoken English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred for effective customer communication across diverse buyer profiles
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective property buyers, investors, and enquiry leads with professionalism and a consultative approach
- Understand customer requirements, budget preferences, and property expectations to pitch the most relevant projects and offerings
- Generate qualified leads through consistent follow-up calls, inquiry management, and database outreach
- Schedule and confirm site visits, property walkthroughs, and meetings between interested buyers and the field sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, lead status, follow-up schedules, and customer interactions in the CRM or lead management system
- Follow up persistently with warm leads to move them through the sales funnel from inquiry to site visit to conversion
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets and lead generation benchmarks as set by the sales manager
- Represent the organization with a courteous, confident, and professional communication style on every customer interaction
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and / or Marathi with a clear, confident, and pleasant telephone presence
- Strong active listening skills — ability to understand buyer needs, ask the right questions, and respond with relevant property solutions
- Confident and persuasive approach to telecalling with the ability to handle objections, rejections, and follow-ups without losing momentum
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM or lead tracking tools for maintaining call records and follow-up logs
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of maintaining high call productivity consistently
Special Requirements:
- Good communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor on calls are mandatory — candidates who are hesitant or soft-spoken on the phone will not be suitable for this role
- Prior experience in real estate telecalling, banking, insurance, or any product / service telesales will be preferred
- Must be comfortable with daily outbound calling targets and structured performance tracking
