Position Overview:
The Telecaller will play a key role in driving customer engagement and supporting business growth through proactive outbound and inbound calling. This position requires a candidate who can effectively communicate product and service information, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups. The role directly contributes to the organization’s sales pipeline and customer retention efforts.

- Basic familiarity with computers and call handling tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to share product and service information
- Handle inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Generate leads and schedule timely follow-ups to support conversion
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records and call logs
- Support overall business growth through consistent and effective communication
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction
- Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in data entry
- Ability to persuade customers and build lasting relationships
- Organized approach to maintaining call records and follow-up schedules
Special Requirements:
- Fluency in Hindi and Marathi is mandatory
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-focused approach
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service will be preferred
