Position Overview:

The Sales Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for customers on the sales floor, playing a critical role in driving store revenue and delivering an outstanding in-store experience. This position requires individuals who are enthusiastic about fashion, customer-focused in their approach, and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets. The role directly contributes to customer satisfaction, repeat business, and the overall brand image of the store.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th Pass from a recognized board; Graduate degree preferred
  • Basic understanding of retail operations and customer service principles
  • Familiarity with fashion, apparel, or lifestyle products is an advantage
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, target-driven retail environment
  • Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and during peak sale seasons

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and guide them through the store’s product offerings with confidence and product knowledge
  • Understand individual customer requirements and recommend suitable clothing, accessories, and styling options
  • Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets in alignment with store KPIs
  • Maintain visually appealing product displays and ensure the showroom floor remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Assist customers with fitting, sizing guidance, and personalized styling suggestions to enhance their shopping experience
  • Support billing processes and coordinate effectively with the cashier to ensure smooth transaction flow
  • Monitor and manage inventory on the sales floor, identifying and reporting stock replenishment requirements proactively
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive loyalty and encourage repeat visits

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrated ability in customer handling with a warm, professional, and solution-oriented approach
  • Proven or potential aptitude in sales and upselling techniques to maximize per-customer billing value
  • Strong verbal communication skills in the local language; Hindi and/or English proficiency is an added advantage
  • Sound product knowledge across apparel categories, fabrics, and current fashion trends
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Effective problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns calmly and efficiently

Special Requirements:

  • Must stay actively updated on current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and store product knowledge
  • Expected to actively support in-store promotional activities, discount campaigns, and seasonal sales drives
  • Candidates with a genuine interest in fashion and retail are strongly preferred
  • Presentable appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude are essential for this role
