Position Overview:
The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing dealer and distributor relationships, and achieving sales targets within the agriculture manufacturing segment. The role is well-suited for a motivated and field-ready professional with an agricultural background and a strong interest in building a career in B2B sales.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Agriculture or a related field
- Fresher or 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in agriculture, agrochemicals, fertilizers, or seeds
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new B2B sales leads and identify business opportunities across target markets
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and distributors
- Achieve assigned sales targets through consistent and effective client engagement
- Track market trends and monitor competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to drive business development initiatives
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage trade partners effectively
- Demonstrated capability in B2B sales and client relationship management
- Market analysis and lead generation abilities within the agriculture or allied industries
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools for tracking and reporting
Special Requirements:
- Prior experience in B2B sales within the agriculture, agrochemical, fertilizer, seeds, or manufacturing industry is preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities
- Must possess a proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently in the field
