Position Overview:

The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing dealer and distributor relationships, and achieving sales targets within the agriculture manufacturing segment. The role is well-suited for a motivated and field-ready professional with an agricultural background and a strong interest in building a career in B2B sales.


Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. in Agriculture or a related field
  • Fresher or 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in agriculture, agrochemicals, fertilizers, or seeds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new B2B sales leads and identify business opportunities across target markets
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and distributors
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through consistent and effective client engagement
  • Track market trends and monitor competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to drive business development initiatives

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage trade partners effectively
  • Demonstrated capability in B2B sales and client relationship management
  • Market analysis and lead generation abilities within the agriculture or allied industries
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools for tracking and reporting

Special Requirements:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales within the agriculture, agrochemical, fertilizer, seeds, or manufacturing industry is preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities
  • Must possess a proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently in the field
