Position Overview:
The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for driving B2B sales through outbound calling, structured follow-ups, and solution-oriented conversations. This role directly impacts revenue growth by converting leads into customers while maintaining process compliance and data accuracy within defined sales frameworks.

Qualifications:
Any Graduate from a recognized institution
Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or B2B calling roles
Exposure to CRM-based sales tracking preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end B2B sales activities from initial lead engagement to final conversion
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to clearly explain products and offerings
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable business-aligned solutions
Execute regular and structured follow-ups to maximize lead conversion rates
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales outcomes in CRM systems
Adhere to defined calling scripts, sales processes, and quality benchmarks
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales closure and customer onboarding

Skills Required:
Strong verbal communication and listening skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
Ability to build rapport quickly and sustain effective sales conversations
Basic computer proficiency for CRM usage, data entry, and sales reporting
Result-oriented mindset with focus on daily and monthly sales targets
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a structured sales environment
