Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will act as a strategic support function across Sales, HR, Factory, and B2B operations. The role is designed to drive coordination, reporting accuracy, follow-up discipline, and executive-level support, enabling smoother operations and timely decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications:
Any Graduate from a recognized institution
Minimum 1 year of experience in executive support, coordination, MIS, or operations assistance
Exposure to multi-department coordination and reporting preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics and prepare dashboards and MIS reports
Maintain CRM data, pipelines, and follow-up trackers with high accuracy and accountability
Coordinate with distributors, B2B clients, and internal sales teams for seamless communication
Support HR activities including interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, documentation, and attendance tracking
Liaise with factory and operations teams for production updates, dispatch schedules, and inventory monitoring
Prepare production and operational reports, highlighting delays, risks, or bottlenecks
Manage calendars, meetings, travel plans, and appointments for senior leadership
Draft professional emails, presentations, summaries, and business reports
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
Act as a single point of contact across Sales, HR, Factory, and B2B teams for follow-ups and execution
Maintain KPI trackers, deadlines, and project milestones to ensure timely completion
Skills Required:
Strong calendar, schedule, and priority management capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and CRM platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities with cross-functional coordination
Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up discipline
Effective problem-solving and execution mindset
High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability
Special Requirements:
