Company Profile:
A leading current transformer manufacturer in India, specializing in the design and production of current transformers that generate alternating current in their secondary winding. The company is known for its precision engineering, quality-driven manufacturing processes, and strong presence in the power and electrical equipment industry.
Position Overview:
The Process Coordinator will serve as a key operational link between the Vice President and various departments including Production, PPC, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Sales, Finance, HR, and Maintenance. The role is critical to ensuring timely execution of management directives, tracking operational performance, and maintaining accurate records that support smooth day-to-day functioning and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline)
- Prior experience in a coordination, MIS, or operations support role preferred
- Manufacturing/industrial background will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Departmental Coordination – Link between Production, PPC, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Sales, Finance, HR, and Maintenance; follow up on management instructions and ensure timely closure of action points.
- Operational Monitoring & Escalation – Track production, delivery schedules, material availability, and bottlenecks; escalate deviations and critical issues to senior management.
- MIS Reporting – Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and consolidate departmental data for management reviews.
- Records & Action Tracking – Maintain trackers of management decisions and action plans; ensure proper documentation and follow-through.
- Process Support & Confidentiality – Support implementation of new systems and SOPs, monitor compliance, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and handle special projects as assigned.
Skills Required:
- Coordination & Follow-up – Effectively liaises across departments and ensures timely closure of action points.
- MS Excel & MIS Reporting – Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards) for accurate, structured reporting.
- ERP Knowledge – Familiar with ERP systems to extract production, inventory, and order data efficiently.
- Documentation & Presentation – Organizes records and presents data in management-ready formats.
