A well-established company specializing in Distribution and Power Transformers along with Transformer Repair Services, known for premium quality products backed by a modern manufacturing unit and a team of skilled technocrats.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Coordinator to monitor and support production processes within our transformer manufacturing unit. The role is central to maintaining consistent product quality, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and driving timely task closures through effective follow-up and documentation.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering / B.E. Electrical.
  • 1 year of experience or exposure in the Electrical/Transformer industry.
  • Proficiency in Basic Excel and computer applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor day-to-day production processes such as winding, core assembly, and tanking to ensure parameters stay within set quality standards.
  • Maintain process sheets, SOPs, and daily production reports using Basic Excel for accurate tracking and record-keeping.
  • Drive strong follow-ups on pending tasks and inter-departmental requirements to prevent production delays.
  • Coordinate effectively between management and all staff levels to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of transformer manufacturing processes and related production parameters.
  • Ability to identify process-related defects and apply timely corrective and preventive actions.
  • Proficiency in maintaining process control documents, checksheets, and Excel-based reporting.
  • Effective coordination and communication skills, with fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

Special Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience or exposure in the Electrical/Transformer industry — a non-negotiable requirement.
  • Strong ability to track pending tasks and ensure timely closure through consistent follow-ups across departments.
  • Capable of coordinating effectively between management and all staff levels, ensuring instructions are communicated clearly and work runs smoothly.
