Skills Required:

  • Design Software Proficiency: Hands-on working knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent design tools for reviewing schematics, layouts, and shop drawings
  • Domain Knowledge: Sound understanding of structures, piping networks, pumps, chillers, or heavy industrial machinery relevant to the automotive/ancillary manufacturing environment
  • Project Management Tools: Practical command of MS Office suite and basic project tracking or scheduling tools
  • Analytical Ability: Capable of identifying on-site challenges and executing timely, logical solutions to keep project delivery on track
  • Coordination & Communication: Effective in liaising with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and client-side stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression

Special Requirements:

  • Progressively responsible experience in mechanical project execution, specifically within manufacturing, EPC, or MEP contracting setups is strongly preferred
  • Candidates with exposure to automotive OEM supply chain environments or industrial paint shop infrastructure will be given priority consideration
  • Must be willing to work on-site at Ambad MIDC, Nashik on a full-time basis
  • Physically fit and comfortable with regular shop floor presence and site supervision responsibilities
