Position Overview:

The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to quality and safety standards. This role plays a critical part in driving productivity, maintaining process discipline, and improving cycle time performance to meet operational targets and customer commitments.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet output and delivery targets

Drive productivity improvements through cycle time-based working methods

Supervise and coordinate shop-floor workforce to ensure operational efficiency

Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions where required

Ensure adherence to process controls, quality standards, and compliance protocols

Optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime or material wastage

Oversee inventory coordination to support uninterrupted production flow

Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations on the shop floor

Track, analyze, and report production data to support management decision-making

Skills Required:

Demonstrated leadership capability in managing shop-floor teams

Strong technical understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes

Proven ability in productivity improvement and cycle time optimization

Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills under operational pressure

Clear communication and cross-functional coordination abilities

Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to performance monitoring

Sound knowledge of quality standards and compliance practices

Strong awareness of workplace health and safety norms

Special Requirements:
