Position Overview:

Qualifications:
Any Graduate from a recognized institution
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end telesales activities, from initial lead engagement to final conversion
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to explain products or services clearly
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions aligned with business offerings
Perform regular and structured follow-ups to maximize lead conversion opportunities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and sales outcomes in CRM systems
Adhere strictly to calling scripts, defined sales processes, and quality benchmarks
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales closure and customer onboarding
