Position Overview:
The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, nurturing prospective clients, and driving lead conversions. This role plays a critical part in expanding the client base through effective communication, follow-up discipline, and persuasive engagement.

Qualifications:
Any Graduate from a recognized institution

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or inside sales

Exposure to handling inquiries and follow-up processes preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Approach new leads, gather relevant details, and present service offerings effectively

Attend and manage inquiry calls from prospective clients

Conduct structured follow-ups based on client requirements

Nurture interested prospects and drive conversion to sales

Maintain accurate records of calls, discussions, and follow-up schedules

Achieve assigned sales targets within defined timelines

Skills Required:
Strong communication skills with persuasive ability

Demonstrated capability to convince prospects and generate sales

Hands-on experience in MS Office for documentation and reporting

Ability to manage follow-ups consistently and systematically

Confidence in handling client conversations and objections

Special Requirements:
Female candidates preferred

Strong ability to approach, convince, and convert new leads
