Position Overview:
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client interactions, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring structured follow-ups throughout the customer lifecycle. Qualifications:
Any Graduate from a recognized institution

1–2 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or client coordination roles

Familiarity with CRM systems and follow-up management processes preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate customer data within the CRM system

Track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions systematically

Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and existing clients

Monitor the customer lifecycle from inquiry to closure

Maintain data accuracy and regularly update client records

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing

Skills Required:
Clear and confident verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to track and manage follow-ups consistently
