Position Overview:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving client acquisition and revenue growth by identifying potential leads, initiating conversations, and converting prospects into long-term business partners. This role requires strong communication skills, structured follow-ups, and the ability to manage end-to-end coordination between clients and internal teams.

The position plays a key role in expanding the company’s client portfolio and ensuring smooth onboarding of new accounts.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate from a recognized university

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales

Prior experience in lead generation, client handling, or service-based sales preferred

A basic understanding of recruitment or staffing services will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new leads through authorized platforms and outreach channels

Initiate contact with prospective clients and introduce service offerings

Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and management

Address client queries, resolve concerns, and negotiate commercial terms where required

Prepare and send agreements, ensuring timely closure and sign-off

Gather client requirements and draft clear job descriptions (JDs)

Maintain consistent follow-ups to move prospects through the sales pipeline

Ensure proper documentation and communication throughout the client onboarding process

Skills Required:

Fluent English communication with strong verbal and written proficiency

Demonstrated ability in coordination, negotiation, and client relationship management

Strong follow-up discipline and structured pipeline management

Effective email drafting and professional correspondence skills

Confident presentation and convincing ability aligned with business goals

Special Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Development Executive

Proven experience in lead generation from authorized platforms

Strong follow-up mindset with result-oriented execution

Excellent coordination, negotiation, and professional communication skills
