Position Overview:

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for generating leads, counselling prospective candidates, and converting enquiries into successful batch enrollments. This role requires strong communication skills, target-driven execution, and the ability to manage multiple enquiry channels effectively.

The position plays a critical role in achieving enrollment targets and strengthening candidate engagement throughout the admission lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate from a recognized institution

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Admission Counsellor or in a similar sales-oriented role

Exposure to handling educational or training program enquiries preferred

Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate potential leads through available channels

Engage with prospects to assess eligibility and suitability for respective batches

Manage calls, emails, and digital enquiries in a structured and timely manner

Convert leads into confirmed admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups

Achieve the monthly target of enrolling 20 candidates per batch

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollment status

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled candidates

Skills Required:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Effective interpersonal and counselling abilities

Demonstrated ability to manage enquiries and maintain structured follow-ups

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office

Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

Special Requirements:

Proven ability to generate and convert leads into enrollments
