Position Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Manager will drive business growth by expanding the company’s market footprint, acquiring new clients, and strengthening relationships with existing customers. This role is responsible for achieving revenue targets, converting project opportunities into confirmed orders, and building long-term partnerships across panel builders, consultants, OEMs, EPCs, and industrial customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
6–10 years of proven experience in B2B sales within electrical panels, switchgear, or industrial electrical products
Strong exposure to project-based and institutional sales
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business from Panel Builders, Electrical Consultants, OEMs, EPCs, and Industrial Clients
Convert enquiries into confirmed orders for Electrical Panels and CT/PT products
Increase wallet share from existing customers through cross-selling and upselling higher-value solutions
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with business objectives
Identify and pursue new project opportunities across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure segments
Conduct extensive field visits to expand regional presence and build strong market intelligence
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and reference-based business
Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review
Track competitor activities and recommend pricing and go-to-market strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely proposals, order processing, and customer satisfaction
Skills Required:
Demonstrated experience managing B2B sales processes in electrical or industrial product segments
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing capabilities
Effective client relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills
Market development and territory expansion expertise
