Dispatch Executive

Company Profile:

A leading wiring harness manufacturing company specializing in the design, development, and production of high-quality cable assemblies and electrical wiring solutions for diverse industrial applications.

Position Overview:

The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end dispatch process, ensuring accurate documentation, timely deliveries, and seamless coordination between production, stores, and transport teams. This role plays a critical part in maintaining customer satisfaction through error-free execution of daily dispatch operations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Wiring Harness Manufacturing Industry
• Working knowledge of SAP is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily dispatch as per customer schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare accurate Invoice, Delivery Challan, Packing List, and E-way Bill with zero errors
• Verify wiring harness items and quantities before loading to avoid mismatches
• Liaise with Production, Stores, and Transporters for material and vehicle readiness
• Monitor shipments and update customers/internal teams on dispatch status

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of the complete dispatch process from order to delivery
• Proficiency in preparing Invoice, Delivery Challan, Packing List, and E-way Bill
• Sound knowledge of material handling and documentation practices, ensuring records match physical stock
• Skilled in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, filters, and basic formulas for dispatch tracking and reporting
• Familiarity with SAP for dispatch documentation and inventory updates (preferred)

Special Requirements:

• SAP knowledge is mandatory
• Hands-on experience in daily dispatch planning
• Accuracy in preparing dispatch-related documentation
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods
• Willingness to be present at the loading/dispatch area as required
