Position Overview:
The company is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Store Executive to manage end-to-end inventory and store operations at its Waluj, MIDC facility. The role is critical to ensuring uninterrupted material availability for production through accurate inventory tracking, systematic storage practices, and strong cross-functional coordination with Purchase, Production, Planning, and Quality teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline (Commerce, Engineering, or Supply Chain preferred)
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in store/inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials; prepare GRNs and update ERP records accurately
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock verification and continuous monitoring of stock levels
- Issue materials to production in line with approved requisitions, following FIFO/FEFO practices
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, housekeeping, and safe handling of all materials
- Maintain comprehensive inventory documentation, stock reports, and ERP/MIS records
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Planning, and Quality teams to ensure timely material availability
- Monitor slow-moving inventory, support internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and 5S standards
Skills Required:
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management, including accurate record-keeping and stock-level monitoring
- Strong understanding of store operations, including material receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch
- Proficiency in ERP systems for inventory tracking, transaction processing, and report generation
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel for stock records, reporting, and inventory analysis
- Ability to handle and store materials safely, preventing damage and ensuring proper storage conditions
- Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities for store and material transactions
- Effective communication and coordination skills across production, procurement, and other departments
- Sound time-management skills to prioritize tasks and support production schedules
- High attention to detail in inventory transactions, stock verification, and record accuracy
- Practical problem-solving skills to identify and resolve inventory-related issues

- Consistent and accurate maintenance of inventory documentation, stock reports, and ERP/MIS records
- Safe handling and movement of materials to prevent damage and ensure correct storage
