Position Overview:
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer records, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns. The role plays a key part in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by leveraging CRM tools and data insights to support business operations effectively.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate
- Fresher or 1 to 2 years of experience in CRM, customer coordination, or sales support functions
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records and interaction histories within the CRM system
- Coordinate with sales teams to track leads, inquiries, and ensure timely customer follow-ups
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain consistent, professional communication throughout
- Generate CRM reports and analyze customer data to identify trends and improve retention and satisfaction
- Support sales and operations teams with data management and customer coordination tasks
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Strong working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data management for reporting and analysis
- Effective customer relationship and cross-functional coordination skills
Special Requirements:
- Proficiency in Tally is mandatory — candidates without Tally knowledge will not be considered
- Prior experience in CRM, customer coordination, or sales support functions is preferred
- Must be comfortable managing multiple client interactions simultaneously with accuracy and responsiveness
