Position Overview:

The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive business development initiatives, strengthen customer relationships, and support revenue growth for the Wiring Harness division. The role requires a balance of technical understanding and commercial acumen to effectively engage clients, understand requirements, and translate them into practical manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field

Exposure to wiring harness or related technical product sales preferred

Experience handling OEM or Tier-1 customers is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and business development initiatives to achieve revenue targets

Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

Understand customer requirements and align them with technical and production capabilities

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely quotations, order execution, and delivery

Support marketing initiatives, presentations, and client engagement activities

Prepare and present reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends

Ensure accurate documentation and effective communication across departments

Skills Required:

Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Strong analytical approach to sales planning and performance tracking

Effective coordination skills across technical and production teams

Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable plans

Special Requirements:

Strong communication and negotiation skills with client-facing confidence

Ability to understand wiring harness products, BOM, drawings, and technical specifications

2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing within a manufacturing environment
