Position Overview:
The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving on-ground sales activities within assigned villages of the allocated Taluka. This role involves direct customer interaction, lead conversion, and consistent follow-ups to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. The position plays a critical role in expanding market reach, improving customer acquisition, and strengthening the company’s local presence.

Qualifications:
Any Graduate from a recognized institution
Basic understanding of sales or customer interaction processes
Willingness to work in field-based, target-driven environments

Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end sales activities, including lead engagement, customer meetings, and conversion
Visit prospective leads and customers to clearly explain products or services
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions aligned with offerings
Follow up systematically with leads to maximize conversion opportunities
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales outcomes
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales closure and customer onboarding
Ensure adherence to company processes, reporting standards, and sales guidelines
Meet daily call targets and monthly sales performance objectives

Skills Required:
Good communication skills with the ability to explain offerings clearly and confidently
Strong customer engagement skills to build rapport and long-term relationships
Result-oriented mindset with the motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets
