Position Overview:
The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations, ensuring output targets, quality standards, and cost efficiencies are consistently achieved. This role plays a critical part in optimizing manufacturing processes, leading production teams, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to support scalable growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications:
B.Tech / M.Tech in relevant engineering discipline
Formal training or certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations to meet planned output, quality, and efficiency targets
Drive productivity improvements through process optimization, cost reduction, and waste elimination initiatives
Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and applicable regulatory requirements
Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to enhance performance and accountability
Coordinate closely with supply chain, maintenance, and quality teams for seamless operations
Support operational scale-up initiatives in line with organizational growth plans

Skills Required:
Practical experience in Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Kanban methodologies for continuous improvement
Strong knowledge of measuring tools, training frameworks, and workforce development practices
Proven leadership and people management capabilities in a production environment
Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
High analytical ability to assess performance metrics and drive process improvements
Effective communication and stakeholder coordination across functions
Special Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop production teams through successful project and target completion
Hands-on coordination experience with supply chain, maintenance, and quality departments
Prior exposure to scaling production operations in a growing organization
Mandatory working knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and industrial measuring tools
