Position Overview

The Recruiter plays a central role in SR Primes’ delivery engine. This is a high-accountability, performance-driven position responsible for end-to-end candidate sourcing, screening, and closure across active client mandates. The Recruiter works within defined KPIs — quality shortlists daily, offer acceptance rates, and monthly revenue contribution — and is expected to operate with ownership, not supervision. This role directly impacts client satisfaction, business revenue, and the company’s ability to scale.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Prior experience working with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar)

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned client mandates — from JD analysis to offer closure
  • Source, screen, and shortlist a minimum of 12 qualified candidates per day across active requirements
  • Conduct structured telephonic and video screening to assess candidate fit against client expectations
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate briefing, and feedback loops with hiring managers
  • Maintain a minimum 95% offer acceptance rate through proactive candidate engagement and expectation management
  • Ensure 100% follow-up coverage on placed candidates for 90 days post-joining
  • Update candidate pipeline, progress, and status data in the internal ATS/CRM on a daily basis
  • Meet a minimum monthly revenue contribution target through confirmed placements
  • Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to flag bottlenecks, resolve pipeline gaps, and align priorities

Skills Required

  • Strong screening and interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate quality quickly and accurately
  • Effective verbal and written communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Target-oriented mindset with consistent ability to perform under daily delivery pressure
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
  • Strong follow-through and ownership over assigned mandates without requiring micromanagement

Special Requirements

  • Candidates with exposure to generalist recruitment across IT, manufacturing, or pharma verticals will be given preference
  • Must be comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with clearly defined daily KPIs
