Position Overview:
We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Recruiters to join our Human Resources (HR) team. As a recruiter at SR Primes, you will be responsible for tele-screening candidates, shortlisting profiles based on client requirements, and fulfilling open positions within set timelines. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and a goal-driven mindset.

Qualifications:
Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 1 to 2 years in recruitment, preferably in an agency or consultancy environment

Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telephonic screening of candidates to assess suitability for open roles
Shortlist candidates in line with job requirements and client expectations
Manage and fulfill assigned vacancies within deadlines
Work proactively to meet individual and team hiring targets
Maintain records of candidate interactions and progress using internal systems

Skills Required:
Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong candidate screening and interviewing abilities
Maturity and professionalism in handling candidates and processes
