Position Overview:

The Backend Executive will play a critical role in supporting internal HR and operational processes by ensuring accurate data management, documentation, and reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate efficiently with internal teams. The position directly contributes to maintaining operational accuracy and timely reporting within the organization.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline

Fresher or up to 6 months of relevant experience

Basic understanding of office administration or backend operations preferred

Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word)

Key Responsibilities:

Update and verify data accurately within internal systems.

Maintain and organize digital as well as physical records systematically.

Prepare and share regular MIS reports and performance-related data.

Respond to emails, calls, and internal coordination requests in a timely manner.

Ensure documentation accuracy and support HR-related backend processes.

Collaborate with internal teams to meet reporting timelines and operational standards.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and organizational abilities

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic office software

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under deadlines

Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy skills

Basic Canva knowledge for simple graphics or layouts (preferred but not mandatory)

Effective team coordination and internal stakeholder communication skills

Special Requirements:

Good computer proficiency (Excel, Word, basic software tools)

Strong attention to detail in data updating and verification

Ability to maintain and organize both digital and physical documentation

Comfortable handling routine operational, and reporting tasks
