Position Overview
We are looking for a results-oriented and experienced Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of staffing and recruitment projects. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and coordinators, ensuring timely fulfilment of client requirements, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of recruitment operations, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters and delivery coordinators to meet client hiring targets
- Own end-to-end delivery of recruitment mandates across multiple client accounts
- Define and monitor delivery SLAs, TAT (turnaround time), and quality metrics
- Coordinate with clients regularly to understand hiring requirements and provide updates on delivery progress
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to improve efficiency and quality of candidate pipeline
- Conduct daily/weekly team reviews, set targets, and drive accountability
- Manage escalations and resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment and delivery process
- Collaborate with the sales and business development team for seamless onboarding of new clients
- Track and report key delivery metrics and prepare MIS reports for management review
- Continuously identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and delivery timelines simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in ATS tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and recruitment platforms
- Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and metrics
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure
Special Requirements
- Candidates with prior experience in a staffing or recruitment firm preferred
- Must be comfortable working in a high-growth, target-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage and motivate teams
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings if required
