A leading agricultural manufacturing company with a strong presence in production and supply chain operations, focused on maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance across its manufacturing and storage facilities.

Position Overview:
The Store Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, seamless coordination with internal teams, and disciplined execution of daily store activities. This role is critical in maintaining material availability, stock accuracy, and operational continuity within the manufacturing ecosystem.

Qualifications:
Any Graduate from a recognized institution
Minimum 1 year of experience in storekeeping, inventory, or warehouse operations
Practical exposure to system-based inventory and billing processes

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily inventory control, including stock inward and outward movements
Maintain accurate stock records, documentation, and system entries to prevent discrepancies
Handle billing, GRN entries, and all store-related transactions using Tally
Ensure proper stock organization, labeling, and systematic storage practices
Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams for timely material availability
Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation activities
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and discipline standards within the store area
Prepare and share regular inventory and status reports with management

Skills Required:
Working knowledge of Tally for billing and inventory management
Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and stock tracking
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Effective coordination and communication skills
Ability to maintain organized, systematic, and compliant store operations
Basic understanding of safety and compliance practices

Special Requirements:
Hands-on experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations preferred
Ability to manage physical stock handling along with real-time system entries
Comfortable handling billing, GRN entries, and inventory transactions independently
