The Problem We Lived

In early 2020, two realities converged.

1: A professional who’d built a reputed corporate company, yet found herself navigating a hiring system that felt fundamentally disconnected. Applications disappeared into voids. Agencies offered mismatched roles. The gap between talent and opportunity seemed unnecessarily vast.
2: A business owner whose construction company desperately needed skilled professionals, but every hiring attempt felt like a gamble with time and resources. Wrong fits. Delayed projects. Too often completing work alone, wondering why connecting the right people with the right roles had to be this complicated.

Two perspectives. One clear truth: the hiring ecosystem wasn’t working for anyone.

On February 25, 2020, SR Primes—Strategic Relevant Prime Solutions—was born to solve what we’d lived.

Then the world stopped. The lockdown hit. Our first client vacancy went on hold. But in that pause, we found something unexpected: time to rebuild everything from the ground up. We emerged not just restarting, but relaunching—stronger, smarter, and digitally equipped.
