Meanwhile, Pranav was experiencing the mirror reality. His road construction company needed skilled professionals, but every hiring attempt felt like a gamble with time and resources. Wrong fits. Delayed projects. Too often, he found himself completing the work alone, wondering why connecting the right people with the right roles had to be this complicated.

The First Steps and the Unexpected Pause

Our first breakthrough came through Mrs. Kaveri Nikam, Principal of Rising Star School & a dear friend whose trust gave us our first real opportunity. We were energized. Resumes arrived from contacts and friends of friends, though not nearly enough to meet the requirement.

We knew nothing about social presence or digital marketing then. Job portal ads weren't delivering results. So we did what felt natural & we went traditional. We printed job flyers, ready to distribute them through newspapers the very next morning.

That morning never came the way we planned.
The lockdown was announced. Suddenly, everything stopped. The school closed. Our first vacancy went on hold. Across India, businesses and startups teetered on the edge of closure. People lost jobs. Some lost lives. The world pressed pause in the most devastating way.

But in that pause, we found something unexpected: time to rebuild everything from the ground up.

That morning never came the way we planned.

Emerging Stronger

March – July 2020

Those months from March to July 2020 weren't idle. While the world was frozen, we were learning. Pranav immersed himself in digital marketing. We built our first website. We developed technically sound methods for approaching both clients and candidates. By the time the lockdown lifted, SR Primes wasn't just restarting, in fact we were relaunching, stronger and smarter.

After Lockdown Lifted

The world we emerged into was different. More critical. People were desperately seeking employment. Companies needed to rehire urgently. Everyone was scrambling to find their footing in the new normal.

We started back with a digital presence that actually worked. Remarkably, our first school vacancy was still waiting for us, and slowly, one by one, new opportunities followed. We were both still working from home, but we were making it happen.

Then came September, and a new kind of problem, this time the good kind.

People started asking for our office location. They wanted to meet us face-to-face. But we didn't have an office. I remember Mrunal and I having an intense discussion about office rent debating an expense that today equals what we invest in a single employee's workspace. That conversation led to our first office, our first step from virtual to physical presence.

Growing With Purpose

What followed wasn't just expansion—it was evolution.

We didn't just grow our team; we grew our reach. Our office space expanded not once, not twice, but three times as we scaled to meet demand. From our roots in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), we established our headquarters in Pune, then opened operations in Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar). We transformed from a local solution into a pan-India talent partner.

Today, we're continuing to serve 120+ clients across every sector you can imagine like auto component manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, fintech, edutech, SaaS, IT, and beyond. We've facilitated 2,100+ successful placements, each representing a career transformed and a team strengthened.
