Position Overview:
The Human Resource Executive will play a critical role in strengthening people processes and ensuring operational excellence across recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive professional who can drive end-to-end HR activities, enhance employee engagement, and support business growth through structured and efficient HR practices.
Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources or any graduate with relevant experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions
Exposure to recruitment, payroll, and HR operations
Strong understanding of HR compliance and documentation
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, closures, and offer management
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes with structured documentation
Drive performance management initiatives and support leadership in evaluation cycles
Coordinate employee engagement activities, internal events, and culture-building initiatives
Ensure accurate attendance tracking, leave management, and employee records
Support payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to align HR processes with business goals
Maintain HR MIS, reports, and analytics to support decision-making
Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management and positive employee experience
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes
Fluent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to handle teams and coordinate with stakeholders
Proficiency in HR tools, documentation, and reporting
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ownership
Special Requirements:
Experience in end-to-end recruitment and closures
Exposure to performance management frameworks
Hands-on experience in attendance and leave management
Working knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
Excellent communication and coordination skills
