Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant to Director will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to senior leadership. This role is critical in ensuring effective time management, structured communication, and seamless coordination across departments to support strategic and operational objectives.

Qualifications:
Any Graduate from a recognized institution

1–2 years of experience in executive support or administrative roles

Experience working closely with senior leadership preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day executive support to the Director

Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling efficiently

Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical requirements

Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track follow-up action items

Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow

Maintain organized documentation and support operational coordination

Skills Required:
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management capabilities

Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills

Special Requirements:
Preferred female candidate with excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

Experience in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up documentation

Strong coordination skills to ensure smooth interdepartmental workflow
